SHIPPING
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders placed within Thailand will be delivered within 2-5 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products) and absolutely free of charge.
We ask for up to 24 hours for our team to pack & ship your full order. However, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Important: Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, as we are not responsible for lost/ stolen parcels.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not ship online orders for customers who reside outside of Thailand at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for return and exchange, the item must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged in anyway and in the same condition that it was received. It must have original labels/tags attached and also be in the original packaging. To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please print out your invoice and include it inside the return package along with the item.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are as we are not accountable for any lost items.
Note: Only regular priced items can be returned and exchanged. All sale item or purchases that were made using a discount voucher/code are final.
RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy is 7 days after the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned item. We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
We take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it is in perfect condition. If you receive your order and find a fault in some way that we may have missed, or a manufacturing fault has occurred, please contact us immediately at contactstylelabs@gmail.com or phone us on 081-4140996 so we can personally and quickly assist you. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the fault is deemed our responsibility, we are happy with an exchange or replacement if stock is on hand, or endeavor to reorder from supplier subject to availability. We will refund you for return shipping cost for faulty items. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
Please note that items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be fault.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchange can be made only for the same style and color, in a different size within 7 days from the original purchase date. Please pack up the exchange items with the invoice tucked inside. On the invoice please note which size you would like to have. Exchanges to a different color or design are not allowed unless stated as out-of-stock.
Exchange will be sent out as soon as the original item arrives. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
